Grinding wool with a standard hammer mill causes problems, as the fibers accumulate around the hammers. A specific wool grinder is needed to reduce the size of the pellets and produce a homogeneous fiber preparation. BreatHing offers two models (5.5 kW and 15 kW) to process this material and transform it optimally, through a pellet press, into a high-quality product with a throughput suited to small and large production
Thanks to our pellet press, specially adapted with a low-speed motor and a larger die specially designed to process cut wool, the residual stream is transformed into a high-quality soil amendment; this can optionally be mixed with sheep manure, wood chips, hay, etc.
